This announcement issued by Sodexo is published in accordance with the provisions of Articles 231-27 and 231-28 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (the French Market Authorities or the “AMF”).
Pursuant to Article L. 621-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier) and Article 231-26 of its General Regulations, the AMF affixed visa n° 08-085 dated May 14, 2008 on the offer document prepared by Sodexo.
Copies of the offer document are available on the AMF's website (www.amf-france.org) and on Sodexo's website (www.sodexo.com).
